-Do I have to be home when the staff cleans my home?
Only if you choose to be at home. Due to busy schedules many clients find allowing the staff to clean while they are at work, running errands.
-How do I pay?
Payment is due at the time of the visit usually when cleaning has been completed. We do ofer electronic poay methods as well.
-How does the staff enter my home?
We are invited into your home to work. You advise us how to enter. We also have a safe where we keep house-keys, if you decide for us to have a key to your home.
-I prefer that my supplies and/or equipment be used. Is that possible?
ABSOLUTELY!! Let us know your special requests and we will make arrangements.
