What we do
Welfare checks, also known as wellness checks, ensure that an elderly person is safe and well. If the person lives alone or has minimal visitors, they may fall ill or suffer an injury and no one will know. Welfare checks can help make sure the older person is safe or offer necessary assistance.
What we do:
Performing a routine visit to assess the client's well-being, asking about their needs, checking their vital signs if necessary, and ensuring their comfort and safety, which may include things like checking if they need assistance with personal hygiene, meals, or mobility, and addressing any concerns they might have.
Keep a log of visits and stats.
Staff members are CPR trained, with training in the medical field, ( IE: First responders, EMTs or private health care Associates.)
